Appeal/Complaint writing resources

In most circumstances, if your opponent files only a Motion to
Dismiss your Original Complaint (NOT an answer), you retain your
right to file a completely different Amended Complaint (within
possible time limits) before the court rules on the Original. Often,
you can learn enough from the opponent's motion to cure all original
defects, and make their motion fail. Once the court rules on their
Motion to Dismiss, your one free right to Amend no longer exists.
Time is of the essence in filing your amended version.

Experienced Appellate Attorney available to write or rewrite your
original complaint or appeal opening brief.

Are available at your local library, for free. Visit your local public
records to see real examples. Don't give your money to someone who cheated
his clients and ran to Mexico to avoid justice.

If you want to know the quality of his work, get a copy of his disbarrment
from the Arizona Supreme Court, and contact the former clients named
therein.

Kinda have to wonder how good your advice is if you can't find someone like
me.

Still waiting for you to post the efforts you've undertaken to find me. Your
lack of response makes it clear you haven't done anything- you expect other
people to do your homework for you. No wonder you got disbarred and left the
country.

Heck, you haven't even been able to post a single verifiable reference to a
satisfied customer- but the Arizona Bar was able to post the names of a lot
of *unsatisfied* ones.

If you stop spamming the newsgroups, I'll stop exposing your lies. Every
post you make gives me and others yet another opportunity to remind folks
how you *really* treat your customers.

Prepare Yourself for a Trial
Which is what you'll have if you try to get a straight answer from this
disbarred lawyer who ran to Mexico to avoid the law. Ask his former clients
about his services- you can find them via the Arizona Bar.

Hell, this guy doesn't even know how to find a process server. Think about
that while you're thinking about the quality of his videos.

Prepare Yourself for a Trial, Representing Yourself, or assisting your
lawyer to prepare. Trial procedure, sequence of presentation, evidence,
witnesses, experts, scientific evidence, tactics, overcoming the other
side's "dirty tricks", pretrial maneuvering, trial memorandum, making a
record in case you are prevented from presenting your full case, what to do
about a bad, inattentive or unprepared judge, more!
Videotape #4 1 3/4 hour VHS -- $19.95 plus $3.85 Priority Mail Postage

Whether you are representing yourself in court, or have a
lawyer you wish to assist or monitor, these VHS Videos,
presented to live audiences at conventions of the

#2 Representing Yourself on Appeal $23.80 postpaid
#3 Power and Pitfalls of Federal Court $23.80 postpaid
#4 Preparing for Trial $23.80 postpaid
#5 The Buck Stops Here: US Supreme Court $23.80 postpaid

Anyone knowing Hedrick's actual physical location, address, telephone, etc.,
is invited to send that information to me, Bob Hirschfeld,
***@nolawyer.com,
so that I can hire a process server in his locale, and serve him with the
defamation

nothing even vaguely resembling a verifiable satisfied customer. In fact, he
posted that he, someone who pretends to be qualified to give legal advice,
is too stupid to even know how to hire a process server. He can't find
someone hiding in plain sight, who *didn't* run to Mexico ahead of the law.
I can't wait to see the Disbarred Wonder in court, because I'll be joined by
a number of his former clients, who would love to talk to him. Details can
be found on the Arizona Bar website.

Note that this Captain Kangaroo wannabe refuses to discuss any substantive
issues. Where are your satisfied customers?

If Hedrick is really unafraid of my lawsuit, why not publish his address in
response
to this message, to speed up the process? Because Troll Hedrick is lying,
and is
quaking in his boots, afraid of being subjected to lawsuit wherever he may
be hiding.
